You will post your exercise to our Private Facebook group each week. As an active leader, you will give and receive feedback from the Instructor as well as your classmates.

WHAT YOU LEARN

I call it leadership quicksand.

Inconsistent leaders create confusion. Confusion leads to frustration. Frustration leads to a breakdown in trust. A breakdown of trust erodes relationships and degrades performance.

If you want to explode performance, you have to answer,

“How will I authentically and consistently show up for my people?”

Intro: The Crisis

In the first week of the course, we will lay the foundation of why there is a leadership gap and what you can do about it. You’ll get to know your classmates and start to build a community of leaders around you.

Week 1: Values

When values are clear, decisions are easy. You will get crystal clear about what you celebrate and what you don’t tolerate. This single exercise – and integrating it into your decision-making process – is the critical first step to leading.

Week 2: User Manual

Cars have manuals. Phones have manuals. Computers have manuals.

Why don’t humans?
You will create your own Personal User Manual and make promises to your people, so you can show up consistently and predictably for your people.

Week 3: Morning Routine

If you want to win the day, you have to win the mind. It all starts with a positive morning routine. Remember: the goal of this course is to understand, “How will I show up for my people?” And, then you actually have to show up consistently and authentically.

Week 4: Personal Vision

If you are going to lead people, you must have a compelling view of the world. Otherwise, why would anyone follow you? You will cap the course by clearly defining the impact you want to make on the world.

Week 5: Capstone

Once we have completed the exercises, we will continue to integrate them into our leadership style and approach. The Capstone is putting all of it together and reflecting on the work completed.

Call to Action

Consider this your call to action. Do you want to increase your effectiveness or will you continue to sit on the sidelines, frustrated and stressed trying to drive performance?

Proven Chaos Clients Say

Kevin Amolsch, CEO

Jerry helped change my business more than I have in the last 5 years. I was unmotivated with no direction when he and I met. Today I am excited and proud of my company again. I have worked with several smart business mentors, but nothing has compared to Jerry’s passion, directness, and generosity.

Nathan Adams, CEO

Jerry is one of the most genuine people I have met in the business. He will dive in with a unique perspective of how things can change, improve, and grow in a business. Once in Jerry is always thinking about how things can improve. The way Jerry works and thinks is such that he can make a quick impact in almost any type of business.

Russ Verhovec, COO

We all benefit from learning from others. Learning and growing with Jerry has been a joyful experience. In my past ~ 20 years of professional experience, Jerry ranks in the top 5 of my favorite leadership mentors. I am blessed our paths crossed.
